Conditions & Cancellation Policy:
For new clients, a $25 deposit will be required.
If tour is cancelled and not rescheduled, the deposit will not be refunded.
If tour is scheduled and homeowner is not present or the property cannot
be photographed, a rescheduling fee of $15 will be added to total tour cost.
Balance of payment (less deposit) will be due 10 days after tour upload.
Tours will expire 12 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid yearly to retain tour - see rep for details.
